A Coli outbreak traced to a kitchen preparing food for several daycares in Calgary has now left at least 96 people ill, according to health officials. The outbreak first occurred in daycares in the Calgary area in Alberta Canada and was the result of E. WEB. There are now 348 lab-confirmed cases of E. Coli in Calgary following the outbreak at daycares, including 27 secondary cases up by six since Saturday. The Coli outbreak was declared on September 4 and affected multiple Calgary-area daycare facilities. Health officials have said that meatloaf and other foods prepared at the kitchen are the likely source of the outbreak.
